You may have heard ivermectin talked about controversially from the media. Do you know why?

As they mention in the video (from a , there are more than 11 studies that all show ivermectin having hugely positive results. Have a look at the latest scholarly articles for yourself, with a direct link to Google search results for scholarly articles on ivermectin and COVID-19 (which should automatically be updated as Google indexes new content).
As you can see there are such positive results, there are many good results from the studies out there about ivermectin, showing that it may help in the treatment of COVID-19, and many other diseases. To quote one study “Ivermectin plays a role in several biological mechanisms, therefore it could serve as a potential candidate in the treatment of a wide range of viruses including COVID-19 as well as other types of positive-sense single-stranded RNA viruses.”
Is it Political?
Then why has the left wing mainstream media made it so controversial? According to Senator Rand Paul, the mainstream media is politicizing it because they’ve associated it with the previous US president, Donald Trump. By the left wing media’s own claims it’s because “FDA says is unsafe for humans”, but is this really true?
Here is a link to the FDA article where they discuss ivermectin. You might wonder, why is the FDA only looking at a single negative study, when there is a multitude of positive studies out there?
FDA Conflicts of Interest
The FDA has been reported to have many conflicts of interest, which has sparked much debate in the scientific community. Multiple FDA committee members have worked for Pfizer, presenting a large conflict of interest.
The FDA has also tried to block other heath supliment such as NAC, an amino acid supliment, which has shown health studies multiple benefits including respiratory infections for over 5 decades.
World Health Organization says?
According to the WHO (World Health Organization), they currently recommend that ivermectin only be used to treat COVID-19 within trial studies. For the rest of the public, I suppose we’re supposed to wait for more trial studies…
Other Drugs?
Why are COVID-19 vaccines rushed through trials, but other drugs are tested slowly? Could it be because the US government provides legal protection for vaccine makers, making it impossible to sue for vaccine makers? You can’t sue Pfizer or Moderna if you have severe Covid vaccine side effects. The government likely won’t compensate you for damages either.
Since Pfizer has paid billions, yes you heard that right BILLIONS of dollars in settlements for their other drugs, wouldn’t that make it more lucrative for them to make a vaccine instead? And what if they could make a drug and just inject it, and call it a vaccine, and change the definition of vaccine? Some say that’s exactly what has been done.
